| 2. | This data will be processed in strict adherence to our existing Data Protection Policy for the purpose of delivering services according to our mission and objectives. We may share your information with third parties as may be required by law or to enable us provide the best service to you. We may also share the information you provide with members of the National Executive Council or designated persons who have special responsibilities. |

| 3. | We will not give your information to any unauthorised persons. Any data you provide to the OFNC will be held for the maximum duration required for regulatory compliance and a maximum of six years after the data ceases to be in use. |
